Brushing aside warnings, Obama announced Thursday that he is granting temporary legal status and work permits to 5 million illegals, igniting a constitutional furor that amounts to a declaration of war against the incoming Republican Congress. In a 15-minute prime-time address from the White House, Obama's “unlawful” action by executive order offers a deal for illegals who have been hiding in the U.S. sucking up our resources for at least five years: Come forward and be granted a stay of deportation for at least three years. Oh imagine that, just in time to vote for Hillary Clinton.
Impeachment is a formal process in which an official is accused of unlawful activity, the outcome of which, depending on the country, may include the removal of that official from office as well as criminal or civil punishment.

Maricopa County filed a lawsuit Thursday in a U.S. District Court against Obama over his executive action on immigration.
In the complaint, it states the new executive action and the 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals “unconstitutional abuses of the President’s role in our nation’s constitutional architecture and exceed the power of the President within the U.S. Constitution.”
“The President cannot simply announce sweeping new rules and implement them by giving a speech,” the complaint reads.
The suit was also filed against Homeland Security Secretary, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director, and U.S. Attorney General...
