Gents, I've been given the green light from the wife to splurge on a new weapon. My first choice was an LWRC AR-15 in 6.8SPC, but have since changed my mind in favor of a new Armalite AR-10 which is chambered in .308. The one I found was pretty well decked out, but I'd like to get the input of the forum if anyone has first hand experience with one.
Thanks in advance.

I order a rock river in oct of 08 still don't have it but the price was right with a rail 1300 to 1400.00 the armlite go for double but are worth it my freind owns one with a acog (sweet) then there is the mag issue ,armlite cost so much the rock river will use fal metric or l1a1 inch mags witch coast much less so I would take in conceridtion the coast of the two 308 vs 6.8 ammo and mags if you have a stock pile of 308 I would go for that one, I think P.O.F has a 308 gas piston 308 in ar platform
