I broke down today and decided to purchase the Tango Down ACB-4 Bipod for my Springfield SOCOM 2. I found it for $195 shipping and handling included at dynamic armament. I was going to buy just the standard Harris bipod, but after some research I noticed that it was going to cost me about 150 bucks with the adapter, so I decided to go with the Tango Down. I just hope that I made a good purchased since I researched for reviews and did not find any.. I should have asked here first but I was so bored at work today that I made an impulse purchase... Does anyone have any bad comments to say about the Tango Down Bipod? Other than it is too expensive...

Major, I understand about impulse purchasing. I checked out the web site. Nice bi-pod. It must be a new product. I couldn't find any reviews on it. It looks like low profile model. The release mechanism looks durable also. The specifications state that it will only add a pound or so to the rifle. When it arrives, let us know how you like it. I have to hussle and log off, my show is on. NCIS (I like Abby)

Sounds like a good product, and it wasn't really that much more than the Harris when you really get down to it. Hope it works well for you and you'll have to let us know what you think of it.
